In accordance with a mutual desire to promote academic cooperation between the Department of Water Resource Engineering, CHULALONGKORN UNIVERSITY and the Reserch Center for Social Management Systems, KOCHI UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, the undersigned parties agree to cooperate under the terms of the following agreement.
